The House
The house, briefly
A townhouse at Fjädergränd 10 in Ystad, a hundred metres from the marina with the boats in view from the windows, on the edge where the medieval centre meets Sandskogen forest. We took it on in 2024 and rent it out for the weeks we're not there ourselves.
Two bedrooms, room for four. A small inner courtyard that catches the afternoon sun. Twelve minutes' walk to the medieval square, a minute to the harbour.

Full kitchen for cooking. Dining table and a living room that seats four. Central heating throughout.
The courtyard
A small private inner courtyard. A quiet spot to sit in the sun in the middle of the day. No through‑traffic, no view of the street.
Practicalities
Wi‑Fi throughout. Washing machine. Iron, hair dryer. Bikes available on request. Street parking within 50 metres.
